Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ragoli

We were received super friendly by Christoph and Claudia and instructed in everything. The cottage is located just above a small village with bakery, supermarket, restaurants and Co. Everything can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The view of Lake Garda is simply fantastic. The place itself is well maintained and well equipped. Unfortunately, we were less lucky with the weather, but were well supplied with wood in advance and were able to make us comfortable in front of the oven. The wifi or internet access was also reliable and fast.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation which is very spacious and has plenty of amenities. Everything is spotless and very well-appointed and decorated. Thank you for offering this beautiful stay and thanks to Nancy for hosting us and for her energy.

There were four of us with our two dogs at Sergio's place and it was amazing! Mauro welcomed us in a super friendly way and explained everything to us. The place was very clean, the garden just great :) You can only walk to the lake for a few minutes. We felt very comfortable!

We enjoyed the stay and were able to take nice trips in the area. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but due to the very bad weather forecast, excursions with our old and blind dog were no longer possible.

Silvia's little house is enchanting, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing! From home you can easily access nice walks, and the fully fenced garden is perfect for those who, like us, have a dog! We will definitely be back!

Stunning!!!! What an absolutely fabulous location on the edge of Lake Garda. Erika met us on our arrival and she made us feel so welcome. The property is very much her home with everything we could ever need to make our stay comfortable. The property, location, Erika and Malcesine exceeded our expectations and we are definitely returning next year with the rest of our family. A very highly recommended place to stay.

The accommodation corresponded to the listing. Great and quiet surroundings. The apartment is a little clairvoyant, otherwise everything is great. We had a great stay as a family. Communication with Elena was straightforward and friendly.

Highly recommended! Convenient location both for walking, proximity to lakes and museums. Jamilia was super thoughtful, very kind beyond our expectations, calling us with a sweet welcome aperitif and fragrant pancake operating in the morning, the large and very clean house impeccable! We will definitely be back!

All the reviews that say "book without hesitation" are absolutely right! The view is unreal, this is the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen, breakfasts are very tasty, the nature around is amazing, the food everywhere is delicious, the place is very large, clean, with a view balcony (as far as I understand it, is made in such a way that all rooms are with a view), electrics and light are made conveniently. Hildegard is the most wonderful host! Very caring, compassionate, you can see that the person is in his place and enjoys what he does. And of course, the experience of buying in her farm shop is very nice, I bought some really interesting souvenirs of my friends, for example, dandelion jam. I sincerely wish you to visit this place, and Hildegard - good guests and prosperity!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation with 3 children (0.4.8 years) to inquire about the area or just relax at the house. The secluded location is unique and you are immediately free from everyday stress. The kids loved playing on the lawn and really enjoyed the cuddly cats;-) The apartment itself has everything you need, is beautifully restored and immaculately clean. We had some bad luck with the weather, but thanks to the fireplace we were able to make ourselves comfortable! If you want to explore Lake Garda and surroundings without too much from tourism, this is the place to be! Supermarkets can be reached in just 15 minutes and you can also walk to the mountains well. We recommend the place to everyone, with or without children. Alberto and Olivia are the perfect hosts, so that no wishes remain unfulfilled! Thank you so much, we'll be happy to come back

wonderful house in a very quiet area, large and cozy kitchen, windows with views in all directions to enjoy the scenery. The host was very friendly and prepared the apartment very clean and tidy which made me feel like it was just built. The house is conveniently located to travel to famous places in the Dolomites. Highly recommend !!!

The place is just great. It is exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable. For my little son, everything that was needed was there. The covered living room is an absolute dream. Restaurant and shopping are a few minutes by car. The stream right next door is just relaxing. We highly recommend the apartment.

I've been here for the second time and it was great again! Beautiful property, apartment, garden, view, super clean, very good amenities, lovingly compiled tips, super friendly, warm hosts. Likewise, the animals conjure up a smile and face every day (especially the donkeys + dog, cat, chickens). San Zeno offers a very nice retreat with few tourists, but the lake is still easy to reach by car. Everything perfect! We can hopefully come back here again!

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Very nice clean place in the mountains, also a very friendly landlady. There was everything you needed and they were very helpful and always available for everyone.

I cannot describe enough how relexifying the area and the house is! The view is breathtaking, our daughter played with the horses and the chickens, she had enough place to run in the premise, the air was super clean, this is the relaxation we were looking for. The hosts were very kind, the house has anything you need for the kitchen and shower. 10/10 :)

We chose this place for our annual Easter climbing gathering. It was perfect for a large group. The access road is a dirt track, but it was manageable to drive on. We especially enjoyed the large dining tables in the evenings—they created a great atmosphere for spending time together. The stoves also added a cozy vibe to our stay. Lorenzo was a wonderful host: precise, responsive, and always available when needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was as described, clean, well communicated and all worked well. Close to slopes for skiing and lots of nice walks around. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.
