Als Innenarchitektin habe ich dieses Haus komplett kernsaniert, ohne den ursprünglichen Charakter des alten Gebäudes zu verlieren. Hohe Decken, freigelegtes Sichtmauerwerk, stilvolle Designbäder, alte Holzbalkendecken, ein gemütlicher Kamin, die großzügige Küche und der uneinsehbare Patio machen die Unterkunft zu einem ganz besonderen Schmuckstück, Mitten im idyllischen Ortskern des ursprünglichen Dorfes Sencelles. Palma, Strand, Berge und Flughafen in je nur 20 Minuten. Herzlich Willkommen!

A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

A private swimming pool is shown, featuring a mosaic design of a dolphin on the bottom. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers positioned under a shaded gazebo. Lush greenery and trees create a serene outdoor environment.

"Alegrias" Nice villa just 7km to downtown

Encantadora e íntima casa a 10 min. de Palma con 7000m2 de Jardin, piscina, Jacuzzi exterior climatizado y precioso jardín. Consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños .Dispone de gran terraza con vistas al jardín, porches, chimeneas, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y calefacción…Muy amplio y cómodo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto. Sin contaminación lumínica, ideal para observar las estrellas en una noche clara. Rodeado de árboles y bosques, se escuchan infinidad de pájaros y otros animales. Se pueden dar románticos paseos alrededor de la finca, así como hacer deporte con inmejorables vistas.
