A rustic house very well conserved and refurbished. The house is big and spacious, with a beautiful garden ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Very peaceful and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its environmental conservation efforts. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

CHARMING VILLA CA NA XIDOIA IN ALCUDIA.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with high ceilings featuring wooden beams, an open-plan layout, a loft with an open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom in the mezzanine with a low ceiling and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time has all the modern comforts, for a wonderful vacation. Features a daybed, private pool, air conditioning and heating. Remember that the pool is not heated (ideal from May to September), in the house there is a wood stove (we give away the first basket of wood), two electric heaters and air conditioning in the rooms). Beautiful country house located 5 minutes by car from downtown Sóller and 10 minutes from Pto de Sóller by car, it is a house overlooking the mountain of the Serra de Tramuntana, surrounded by lemon and orange trees, almond trees and with an orchard where you can enjoy all its vegetables.

Kitchen and livingroom with great views to the see and mountains. 5 mins walking to the village supermarkt and restaurants and 20 to the cove in Deia.
