A Country Escape

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Beautiful Billinge

Come and enjoy the stunning views at our home. Located conveniently between Liverpool and Manchester, 15 minutes from the M6 motorway. Our house has 2 guest bedrooms, both doubles, a family bathroom, downstairs loo and utility room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room complete with wood burning stove. Logs can be provided upon request. Internet connection and smart TV are provided. Our home is ideally located for country walks with good pubs and a golf course nearby.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

We would love to welcome you to 'The Stables' at Parsons Brow Farm. A semi rural spacious barn conversion with scenic views, private access & parking. Ideally situated for walks & cycling routes, 5 minutes walk to the village. There is a double bedroom, small kitchen with tea/coffee facilities, a microwave & fridge, bathroom and living room/Bar with a sofa bed, a private small garden including outside seating. Dogs are welcome but we just ask that they are not left unattended.

Our room only option has a choice of two single beds or one super king bed with private shower room, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
