Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

This unique property is hidden away behind an electric gated entrance with three designated off road parking spaces. However, at present there is only parking available for 1-2 vehicles (parked behind one another) but additional off road parking can be arranged within the same courtyard, if required but notice would be required for this to be arranged.
