Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past 3 years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

The backyard boasts a large covered porch with grill, a beautiful pergola with individual swings, and a large covered dock with boat slip as well as covered and uncovered seating areas. The Great Escape is situated in a quiet, private neighborhood and is perfect for a guys' fishing trip, a girls' get together, or any getaway you choose!

This cabin is situated on a working cattle ranch surrounded by pasture, with easy hwy access. 10 minutes from Lake Fork- top 10 bass fishing lake nation-wide!! AND 20 minutes away from the ‘World’s Largest Flea Market’ at First Monday Canton. Enjoy a rustic getaway where you can star-gaze. The cabin is equipped with all the modern necessities while maintaining old charm. Wide open skies and the cabin is surrounded by a picturesque country landscape.

Rustic Studio Bunk House on Lake Tawakoni

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

The Santa Fe is centrally located 2 blocks from Down Town Emory. Perfect for a Girlfriends Getaway, Guys Fishing Trip, Family Gathering or Wedding Party Retreat! Nestled among large trees on an acre lot, this charming Rustic Home is sure to fit your needs! It's fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment! The rather large backyard is perfect for Cornhole or Giant Horseshoes, which also is available with this COZY Home! My husband and I are just a hop, skip and jump away should you need us!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the country just three 3 miles from town. Has lockable gates for all the fisherman or someone that wants that piece of mind. Big drive so that you can turn around with outdoor plugs for boat charging as well. Short drives to lake and Canton. It's tucked back and peaceful. Star gazing at its best as well. Home has been totally updated and is a cozy place on a pretty piece of land. Am I Blue has been loved by all.

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.
