Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rainy Lake

We had a large group in town to visit family, and this space was perfect for our stay. The main level, a former bar and restaurant, provided plenty of room to relax and catch up. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the beds were comfortable. While there’s only one small walk-in shower, it worked just fine for our needs. The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Nicole and Steffan are great hosts. Very communicative! The house is very cozy and felt like home to us for several weeks.

We were back for a second year! Works out beautifully when we come with another couple. Each get our own private areas, but also have plenty of room to hang out and enjoy our time together! The clear, prompt communication is always helpful. We love the setting in the woods and enjoy visiting the chickens each day. The kitchen is well-equipped. It’s nice and private here with a friendly neighbor, Jeff (who checks on chickens). Walking trail around the lake in the state park is just down the road. We saw lots of wildlife, including lots of trumpeter swans and loons. You can even enjoy some air hockey together upstairs! Great restaurants and things to do less than 12 minutes away…you won’t be disappointed!!

Due to work travel and family travel I stay in Airbnbs several times each month. This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed in. This beautiful home is located on 80 tree-filled acres. So peaceful and quiet, the air is amazing. The host is incredible. This is my favourite Airbnb yet.

Great place. Very close to where I come to town to work. Has everything you’ll need. Nice and warm. Usually quiet but if the upstairs neighbors are movin around you’re definitely gonna hear them. Otherwise it’s perfect!

The Deer Lake Apt was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed taking our boat out on the lake. The host was very accommodating and friendly. So nice to find dog friendly places to stay. Our dogs were very happy and content there.

We had a wonderful stay in Ely, thanks to Debbie! The place is centrally located, but still quiet and off the main road. Check-in was easy and it was great to come back, make dinner, & relax after a day of dog sledding.

Had to have surgery in Sioux Lookout. It was peaceful and quiet stay. Close to the hospital and amenities in Sioux Lookout.

Had a wonderful time with two moms and three kids under 10. Lots of space, fun things to do, very well appointed for families.

Clean property. Common areas nicely maintained. Beautiful view!

This is a wonderful off grid get away. We did a winter trip and pulled sleds with skis. Brought in water, coffee, and food. Made fires in the stoves for heat, and had a couple great saunas with cold plunges in the lake. Everything required work which is what my group was looking for. Wood to split, fires to feed, and lanterns to see at night. Close enough to ski back to the car and head to Ely anytime we wanted. Would recommend for unplugging from the busy world. Still had cell service if needed, but we stayed on airplane mode for the most part.

This cabin was so quiet and peaceful! It was right on the water which we enjoyed. We were in process of moving and this was the perfect place to get a little rest in. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee or an evening listening to the water.

It was my second time making a trip up to Josh's place. Such beautiful and peaceful cabin and in a great location. All the amenities of home and right down the road from Red Lake. Would highly recommend to those planning a trip to fish Red Lake.

This tiny house is amazing! It exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a perfect, cozy, well designed space. Great location for all the fun of Giants Ridge. On top of all of it the outdoor privy is a nice little “getaway” in the small space.

We had a great time at Edgewater Beachcamp! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings made for a very relaxing and dreamlike get away. Would definitely like to stay there again.

I enjoyed the stay, I would say that I would recommend later into spring and summer to visit because it can get quite cold and the local showers are also available in the summer. The river was beautiful and I would recommend taking a look at the other parts of the nature nearby especially during sunsets!
