The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you.
