The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Old city/Altstadt Stralsund near Harbor/City Hall

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.

The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
