Le Grand Bois

Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Ideally located between Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, you will enjoy a small cocoon in the heart of a village on the banks of the Rance. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and walks, Langrolay-sur-Rance is a small village with a unique charm where hikers can discover an unspoiled environment around the Rance estuary. Your little pied-à-terre is very comfortable and you will not want for anything. You're close to Brittany's most beautiful beaches, don't forget your swimsuits!

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! You will need to climb about thirty steps to access the Tanneries garden, with a view overlooking the harbor, games for children are available to families. House completely renovated in 2023 with its shutters totally typical of the Tanneries. The house is on two floors, it has two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms.
