18th century house on 3 levels located on the banks of the Rance. On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). On the 1st, the living room with 2 sofa beds, TV, books and games. On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area with a 160 cm queen size bed.
