This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the seascape and its benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and monitored.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the (private) Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. Private swimming pool open June to September. The small pool/sauna studio

Weekend WELLNESS and/or SPORTY SAUNA AND HEATED POOL (from April to early October) The location is ideal, Dinard Dinan (10min) St Malo (20 min) Rancid banks and greenway. The small studio is on my grounds but independent with its private covered terrace. Fenced parking and electric gate The small studio has a kitchen, sofa bed and bathroom. There's a hairy local you can meet in the backyard, his name is Nuts and he loves humans.

Beautiful studio, St. Cast between St. Malo and Cap d'Erquy

I am renting out a fully renovated 30 m2 studio, a 200 m walk from the large beach of St-Cast-le-Guildo, in a residence with a swimming pool open in July and August. Possibility of providing two bikes on request. Activities in St-Cast: golf, tree climbing, swimming pool, beach, fishing and sea outings, hikes along the beautiful coastline. Board games, crosswords, sudoku, books are also at your disposal.
