Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Randwick City Council

Absolutely breathtaking sea views. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand, surf and Campbell Parade’s vibrant shops and cafes.. Couldn’t believe how lucky we were to experience this! Everything was perfect, and the host was excellent. Truly a dream stay. Thank you!

This place was a dream! You have a perfect view of Bondi Beach and can watch the sunrise from the apartment. It’s truly steps from the beach and the main areas in town, the location could not be better! The place is spacious and offered everything that you need.

Rodney has to be one of the most generous hosts we have stayed with. Our stay of almost three weeks was perfect in almost every possible way. And when we did have a few requests he addressed them quickly. The apartment is spacious and we had a lot of supplies in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet. Rodney provided excellent toiletries and good quality bed linen. The bus stop is close by and there are several very good cafes and restaurants in the area. Coles is nearby, too. There are a couple of issues but they are clearly explained in the listing. One, is the lack of a lift (didn't bother us too much). Two, the sound of low-flying aeroplanes (some days were worse than others). But for us it was a superb stay with a host who is keen to make your stay comfortable.

Best place to stay in Sydney for price to quality ratio! This place was extremely affordable, very spacious, perfect location (easily accessible by the tram to the Harbour) and walking distance to the main station to get to the airport. The place was very clean and overall were extremely happy with our stay!

Very convenient to bus and train lines; about a mile-long walk to the Opera House. Lovely views of the harbor. Several coffee/breakfast places and a Metro food market just across the street. Cockatoos were the only noisy neighbors!

Louise is an amazing host. She communicates well, provides detailed instructions and information, and responds quickly to any request. The views are amazing. Plenty of nearby conveniences. Hopefully, the ground floor restaurant re-opens because that would be super convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Darly, and it is located in such a beautiful street You are able to walk everywhere, with great cafes and restaurants very close by. Johannes's apartment was so clean and a great place to relax, the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Johannes :-)

Megan’s home was beautiful. The flow from inside to outside is stunning. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area overlooks the deck and garden through huge folding doors… lovely for meals together. Location was amazing Stroll to beach and shops Hot and cold outdoor shower was a bonus! The flat out the back was perfect for my Dad. Everything he could need. The hosts are warm and welcoming offering their home generously. Honestly, phots do not do it justice… Upon turning up at front gate- their home was absolutely beautiful. Would dearly love to stay again.

Jo and Paul were delightful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Having exclusive use of the pool and their beautiful garden was wonderful. Everything you need is provided and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their property to others.

A cost friendly place for a great location.

Highly recommend staying here for a weekend away in Surry Hills. Great location, friendly host who offered an extended check out, and the house was beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfy, house was squeaky clean. We had the best weekend away. Thanks to Damian for his great communication.

Wow, an amazing place right on Five Dock Bay. Sweeping views, magic sunrises, a clean saltwater pool, a huge dining room, a teenage retreat…it doesn’t get much better.

Beautiful and vibey place! A lot of light coming through the windows with a beautiful view outside to the pool and greenery in the back. The hosts were extremely responsive and were super helpful with everything asked including a late check out. Will definitely come here again if staying around Avalon!
