Set up for fishing and for kids. Please note we have amazing views of Kai Iwi beach and it is a short walk down the hill to the beach. What would you do if you were in the White House? Lots I'm guessing? Stay in this Art Deco home which has stunning views, all day sun, situated in a sheltered and private garden. The home has been redecorated and is welcoming with two outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to markets, art & glass galleries, river & restaurants. There is a rental apartment in part of the downstairs floor area that has separate access & their own courtyard, so we appreciate your consideration for noise.
