Our 150-year-old country house is located on the banks of the Saale surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Schiefergebirge. The apartment is completely renovated and offers space for a relaxing break at any time of the year. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities for hiking or cycling and in summer the Hohenwarte reservoir invites you to swim. Various shopping facilities are in the village – including Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. The train station is 1.5 km from the house.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen are unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the jacuzzi are available seasonally from Jan–Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

Hello dear guests, In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands, we offer a spacious accommodation for up to 5 people. The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, go on great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which is 1.2 km away on foot. Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.
