The residential area's own magnificent sandy beach is located 130 m and the beach area of Kirkkoranta about 700 m away. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake ice, weather permitting. Cozy cottage built in 2019, comfortably accommodating 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

The house is located 60 m from the Seinäjoki - Haapamäki railway line, where traffic is low (a few rail bus shifts/day and sometimes a wooden train). The road to the yard crosses the railway line.
