Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the large IKI sauna stove provides soft steam. Bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. Leporanta, a magnificent holiday cottage on the shores of Lake Kuorasjärvi

Cozy cottage built in 2019, comfortably accommodating 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

It's easy to relax in this unique place. The cottage is in the middle of the forest, on the shore of a small lake. You can relax in the heat of the wood sauna and see the entire northern starry sky from the warm tub. The cottage is fully equipped and has a sauna and shower, as well as good beds. There are plenty of activities to do nearby: lake (200m - kid friendly), disc golf (400m), indoor sports activities (1km - badminton, gym, swimming, table tennis, tennis etc), padel (800m), golf (8km), cross country skiing (150m) and trail running (150m). The neighbourhood is quiet and respecting so that you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Ps. 400mb internet and plenty of board games on the house. **Next door house bookable for larger groups.
