The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

The house is located 60 m from the Seinäjoki - Haapamäki railway line, where the traffic is low (a few rail bus services per day and sometimes a wooden train). The road leading to the yard crosses the railway track. There's a campfire place and a table group in the yard.
