The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

It is a beautiful and comfortable cabin which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Matanzas beach and all its surroundings. You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

La Casa del Suizo

La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.

With a privileged location and ocean view, they are the perfect place for a perfect rest or for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing. The cabins have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen integrated into the living room, and a large terrace facing the sea. They also have a closed Quincho (communal) where you can enjoy a pleasant moment.

Altagua Loft - Matanzas, Cuba

One-bedroom loft, it has a bathroom and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. It has a spacious and high-rise atmosphere. Views of the countryside, sea and other houses in the area. It has a charcoal grill for barbecues and a nice hot tub with a wood-burning boiler.
