In addition, we provide the firewood needed to heat the hot tub, and there is no cost to guests to turn it on.

The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
