A beautiful brand new apartment of 85 m2 and terrace of 35 m2 (6+2 persons) on the first floor of house, 3500 m from the sea in small village called Rasopasno. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, and the beautiful and excellently equipped kitchen. It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk.
