Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

As the sun rises over the lake in the morning and bathes the water in golden hues, your holiday moment begins. The sparkling water is just a 5-minute walk away. This house's location makes it the perfect base for swimming trips to the lake or the Baltic Sea, fishing adventures, bike tours, and walks along picturesque lakeside paths.

In the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve, a lovingly designed tiny house awaits you, inviting you to linger with its personal touch and well thought-out details. Only a ten-minute walk from the idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines natural living with modern comfort. The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

Apartment 2 in the Fosthaus near Schwerin

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Thoroughly renovated house in nature

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Feel free to use our garden, make a fire pit, admire the sunset from the terrace or make yourself comfortable inside on 100 square meters. We have plenty of tips ready for you to discover here.

Idyllic farmhouse on the lake in the Elbe valley

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Take a holiday in the heart of the historic old town. This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.
