This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Walking distance to STRAWBERRY ARENA. Shower and Toilet just inside the front door to the main building about 10 meters. we have sun and between 18 and 25 degrees now for a few weeks to come. Close to shops and subway directly into Stockholm city center. Recreation area, running track 5 minute walk.
