With no exaggeration, this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The location is stunning, nestled in the Irish countryside. Peaceful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Even more serene and beautiful than the pictures on the listing. Everything was set up for me perfectly on arrival. Comfortable bed. Pristine bathroom with great water pressure. There was even a washing machine inside so I could wash clothes while I was there, which was incredibly helpful. Jack and his family are absolute gems. Seriously some of the nicest, most good-natured people I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. I’ll be telling people about my vacation here for the rest of my life. Lovely quiet retreat in beautiful surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angela made us very welcome and we had everything we needed. Perfect for walking our two dogs also.

I stayed on a one-night stopover on a cycling trip, and was glad to find myself here at the end of a very tiring day. The house is spacious with bright wood finishing everywhere. The shared kitchen was well-appointed and there were plenty of spaces to hang out or lounge in. The room itself was simple and spacious, and I rested and slept very well in the comfortable bed, after a very pleasant hot shower with great water pressure! Donal was friendly and affable, a pleasure to chat with over tea. I felt very welcome and at home.
