Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Raton

Dana is a wonderful and kind person with a who cares a lot about the guests she hosts. Her space was inviting, clean, and comfortable. I immediately felt at home and would not hesitate to visit again!

Upscale neighborhood with a nice downstairs apartment. Had everything needed. Washer and dryer. Quiet and clean. recommend.

This place was the perfect getaway sanctuary from the big city hustle and bustle for a quiet weekend trip in the beautiful mountain scenery. The condo is well-appointed, matches the description, and just steps away from the trails of San Isabel National Forest, which was so serene to walk through with my spouse and furbaby. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway! Hosts were super responsive, informative and easy to deal with as well to reduce the travel angst. :-)

Joey's place was just as described and a perfect stopping point for our roadtrip. Plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 child & 1 infant. Easy to find, easy check in, good communication.

This airbnb is close to downtown and walking to all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops and there was even a small festival while we were there

Beth was a fantastic host, she even had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for the kids! We really enjoyed our stay and the decor was very nice. We had a great stay!

If your looking for great views and privacy, this is the place for you. Loved how spacious the home was with plenty of extras id you needed blankets, heaters, or fans.

Clean, affordable, nice place

Laura's place was nice, very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others for a nice comfortable, in expensive place to stay.

We truly loved our stay. The place was just as described and remarkably clean. The host was responsive with any questions we had. The houses were both very cozy and welcoming. We'd like to come back to explore the area more so will be looking to see if this place is available. The road was a little busier than expected but nothing that would keep us from returning.

We were very grateful to find this quirky home when another AirBNB cancelled on us at the last minute right before a bleak snow storm. We arrived to a lovely warm house and had fun playing some old LP records. We woke to a decent blanket of snow, which didn't seem to bother the three deer nibbling at the trees right outside the kitchen window. All in all very tranquil.

The house is a thoughtful restoration, likely built in the early 20th century, in a neighborhood of similar structures along quaint brick streets. Located near the crest of one of Trinidad's many hills, it appears from the street side to be a single story home, but has two stories at the rear. The space inside is far greater than one would expect from the street view. Steep wooden stairs lead from the back door down to a narrow graveled courtyard, which runs along the entire length of the property and up one side of the house. The outside area is completely surrounded by a privacy fence and has some seating. Neighboring homes are quite close by, so quiet is appreciated. A modern, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress, prompt hot water, and nice bathrooms helped make my stay very pleasant. I appreciated the convenient location on a quiet street that is also close to Trinidad's lively downtown. The hosts were helpfully communicative. Entry with a keypad was easy. Very good find!
