A magical view of Lake Siljan from a 32 m2 glazed terrace. Large plot of about 1,500 m2 with only about a 10-minute walk to the centre. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Living room with a fire place. Three bedrooms, furnished with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. There is also a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented at an *extra cost*. For families with children: There are some sliding doors on the patio that *CANNOT* be locked.

Our house is located with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-storey house and is completely newly renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a large lawn that invites you to play and socialize.

The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Attic towards Siljan

Welcome to our newly built attic apartment in a house dating back to the early 1900s. Through the large doors you can enjoy Siljan from the balcony as well as an open kitchen towards the living room and balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One with a double bed, and one with a single bed. This accommodation comfortably sleeps 3 people but it is also possible to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress (ask us to bring it to you). If you would like a crib, please let us know.

Large plot with space for cars and outdoor activities. Amenities include use of all facilities, indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, kids play area, seating, veranda, garden.

We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
