Konnevesi beach cottage

Comfortable and bright, basic-standard cottage with a lakeside sauna, situated on the pristine shores of Lake Konnevesi, right by a national park. Between the stately cliffs, the cottage has its own small sandy beach, boat cove, and deck. Kayak and small boat access to the beach. The car stays higher on the cottage road, from which a path descends between the cliffs to the beach. The cottage has a wooden sauna. The cottage is also an excellent base for paddlers and anglers. In the evening, on the sauna deck, the eye rests in the lake's blue.

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

A newly built beach with a sandy bottom and a renovated beach sauna with a tub can also be found on the beach. The place is located in Kärkkäälä, on the shore of the lake. On the borders of Hankasalmi and Konneves. Jyväskylä is about 70 km away, Kuopio 120 km. Hankasalmi is about 25 km away and Konnevesi center is about 15 km away.

Saari Lokonen - private island & log cabin

It´s always Sunday on the island! Saari Lokonen is a calm private island in the middle of Finland (near Etelä-Konnevesi national park). Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. Bathroom & sauna renovated in 2017. There are no other cabins on the island. Running water comes from the lake, not drinkable.

Cottage and sauna are in your use during your stay. Swimming beach is safe for the children. Woods for the sauna and fire place are included. Toilet is in the other building outside the cottage. Rowing boat is in your use during your stay. Pets welcome.
