We offer you this pretty 2 rooms in a very good location with a garden and a secure parking space. The access is equipped with a motorized gate. Ideally located, you are a 3-minute drive from the city center and its amenities (post office, bakery, pharmacy,etc.). Convenient, you are 15 minutes from the sea and about 1 hour from the most beautiful sites on the island. As for the house, it has an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
