Fantastic place with a nearby bus that took us straight into the city centre, with friendly neighbours. Plenty of space and amenities. Very thankful for the many recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Had such a fantastic stay here. The flat was absolutely pristine. Had everything we required. We parked on the drive but there is also parking just round the corner. A beautiful walk along the river into town and also an easy walk from the station. York is such a beautiful city. Highly recommend the Star Inn The City for cocktails on the terrace by the river, easily walkable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay and are happy to give this property a 5-star review. The house was incredibly spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Jackie, the owner, has thought of absolutely everything—from toiletries and books to spare pillows and even a guest Netflix account—which made our stay so comfortable and easy. The lovely food hamper on arrival was a wonderful touch, and the beds were very comfortable too. We used the property while our own home was being renovated nearby and it was perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends when they come to visit!

We all loved this property, so clean and comfortable. The area is so peaceful, and just the right distance from York city centre. An uber to the city was quick and cheap, we had a couple of days out with great food and drink then it was amazing to go back to such a well kept property to relax. The games room is a great idea, few games of pool and Pac-Man whilst the music was playing was really fun. We would most definitely stay here again!!! 6 Stars!!
