Welcome to this house, which we have completely renovated, 10 km from Vesoul, 6 km from Scey-sur-Saône, 5 km from Vaivre-et-Montoille, where the lake and its sandy beach are located. The exterior is still in original condition, and the brand-new interior will leave you speechless. You will find a bicycle path at the exit of the village. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds. Also, a small garden in the back will charm you, not overlooked.

A renovated old farm, the Croix St Marc vacation rental has all the assets to seduce you: an outdoor jacuzzi, a hammam and an indoor pool to relax and a foosball table, a petanque court and an overhead projector to entertain you! A terrace under a pergola will be very pleasant in summer, accompanied by a barbecue and a children's playground. With these 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate 12 people. The insert in the living room, for its cocooning side, will diffuse a soft warmth to the adjoining rooms. You will stay along the main road, busy and lively with its agricultural activity, close to the church which will ring every 1/2 hour and a pretty fountain – laundry. Located in Haute-Saône in Soing-Cubry-Charentenay in a small quiet village and only 4 km from Ray-sur-Sâone Castle (listed as a Historic Monument). The place is ideal for enjoying the charm of the countryside. On sunny days, don't forget to look at the sky, you can enjoy a beautiful Milky Way. Relaxation and well-being await you.

I am a charming renovated family house, old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and bucolic environment. I am the ideal refuge for lovers of hiking, nature and old stones. It is a wooden house, modern, bright and warm where you can fully enjoy the surroundings thanks to large bay windows overlooking the countryside and the village. Fully equipped, it will allow you to spend a stay at home. The house is intended for 8 but there are 3 extra beds if needed, contact us. Our 3 children's toys are at your disposal.
