MBT tracks and running routes in the backyard. Lots of peace and quiet and close to most things. The cat Bastian lives there too. He's a really nice cat who loves to be out with and also cuddle in the corner of the couch.

The house is lovely, new, bright and thoroughly renovated, with attention to detail and created in a romantic rural style. The outdoor areas are beautiful with high ceilings without the hassle of neighbors and traffic. A greenhouse has been built with an exit directly from the house, where it is incredibly nice to sit and enjoy the garden and the view. There are horses and sweet cats on the farm.
