From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See.
