The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or an electric heater. Relax into nature, take a break from wifi & melt into this cosy and romantic space by yourself or with your partner. You can watch the sunset every night while sitting curled up on the sofa out on the balcony overlooking the lake. You have full access to the art studio. There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easel and lots of art books. You are right on the water with access to a SUP & a pier. Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. The apartment is located in an apartment building (3 apartments) in the attic. It has a size of 35 m², consisting of 1 living room and 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen-living room (stovetop, sink, refrigerator) and 1 bathroom with shower. Towels and linens are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. The Müritz is 20 meters away. A swimming area is available. To the city harbor, downtown and the national park entrance is a 5-minute walk.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Our apartment offers a beautiful place of relaxation in quiet surroundings. The skylights have a sun protection roller and separate fly screen roller; Kitchenette and separate dining table including sofa and armchair, bed are in one room, the courtyard garden invites you to linger. The small swimming beach is only 300 meters away, where the water landscape of the Müritz invites you to swim, paddle or take another boat tour. Day trips by car offer beautiful destinations.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.
