Voici l historique de la propriété: Dans le bourg de Sommant, non loin de l'église et des châteaux de Vareille et de Vallogne, la demeure bourgeoise appelée localement St Innocent ou château de St Innocent, fut construite en 1789 par Pierre Mathieu Quarré, sieur de Charnay, lieutenant au régiment d'Aquitaine.

Two other cottages are for rent 2 km from the accommodation: "La maison du vigneron" with a capacity of 6 people and "la basse-cour du château" (7 people)

With its 3-meter-high ceiling and 98 m2, it is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate 6 (with surcharge). It's a great place to discover the old town and its medieval district on foot, but also the large square, with its theater, terraces and Friday market.
