The property features two connected spaces: one unit with a full kitchen and lounge, and another with two bedrooms and a bathroom, joined by a fully enclosed lockable back area. Enjoy the convenience of safe off‑street parking for at least two vehicles, with plenty of room for a boat or trailer as well. Ideally located near beautiful beaches, scenic walks, and great dining options, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

You will be relaxed in this family friendly apartment, it's a close walk to Stanmore Bay beach and set in lush tropical gardens with a lovely outdoor table. Enjoy the pool in summer. If you are travelling with children, seperate beds are available. The beach is a white sandy beach with pohutakawa's & clear water, just three minutes walk from the house. The apartment is very private and you have your own entrance and car parking. We have gorgeous cafe's and restaurants close by in Orewa.

New kitchenette with microwave and air fryer/benchtop oven, jug and toaster or dine at the array of restaurants 2ks away in Orewa. One large bedroom set up with a queen and 1 single, 2 lounges, one with single bed. Large shower and laundry with washer & dryer. A great space, quiet & private under my home with carpark & private entrance.

Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.
