Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the Kühlung - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump on the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you will see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm. The suite is located on the third floor of the apartment hotel and offers plenty of space for up to 5 people on 62 m². The living area has a comfortable sofa as a double sofa bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The western balcony offers sea views including sunsets. The suites are located on the promenade in Börgerende and directly on the sea. The bedroom offers a modern box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m). The open-plan kitchen with integrated dining area is fully modernly equipped. Spa area included.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a visitor's tax is charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Pet fee per night €10
