Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
