Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a Norfolk hamlet

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV and full fibre broadband. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Though the setting is rural, it's only a short walk into Reepham where you will find independent cafes and shops, plus two pubs and a wine bar. With stunning walks on your doorstep & the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norwich 25 minutes by car, the location is perfect.

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds. There is also a tennis court, available by arrangement. The west garden is set aside for guests to sit outside.
