This little thatched house, Maliskens, offers all the idyllic and cozy atmosphere you can dream of when the family needs to relax and have fun. The house is from 1900 and is well located with shorter distances to the beach, cafes, the local tavern and the harbor environment on beautiful Reersø. The house is small and authentic, which contributes to the presence and real Danish coziness. On the 'island' there are various artists, ceramists, the local museum and Reersø is known for its beautiful hiking route, 'Around the Island', as well as its tailless cats.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Older charming cottage that has just had a gentle and delicious overhaul. Bright, friendly surroundings, common rooms and 3 smaller rooms but new double beds. Nice kitchen in the common room. Cozy decor with sofa at the dining table, wood-burning stove and dishwasher. Nice little courtyard that provides either shade on a sunny day or shelter from wind and weather. Outdoor bath and about 150 meters from sand/rock beach. And then we have the finest sunsets. Reersø is perfect for a hike.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
