You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is approximately 57 m² in size and very comfortable for two, but the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two additional people.
