Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Siamo al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica e forniamo colazione, A/C e cucinino. Animali benvenuti senza sovrapprezzo!

CIR 037006-AT-02384 DeChiari21 Boutique Home è una dimora elegante e raffinata, dal magnifico soffitto ligneo, dai dettagli tutti dorati dell'arredamento che le conferiscono un sapore ed un'atmosfera unica e particolare, con un importante letto matrimoniale king size, uno spazio living con TV 55', ampio bagno finestrato e con affacci interni sulla storica Aula Absidale di Santa Lucia. In pieno centro storico a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e Galleria Cavour, il salotto buono della città.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse has been transformed into a cosy country holiday home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors, has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Unique place! 2 double beds, one on the ground floor, one on the mezzanine. It will give you the opportunity to experience magical days with the utmost privacy. The enchanted atmosphere of an outdoor courtyard characterized by multicolored maples will frame your stay.

You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Il Giardino di Annabella is located 1.5 km from the city center, in a very quiet area and served by every comfort. We will be happy to welcome you personally (in Italian, English and French) and provide you with all the information you need.

Private entrance and a lovely private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. Private parking available (max car length 4.86 m). The Bologna Exhibition Centre is 10 minutes away.
