A noter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite que l’accès à l’appartement se fait par un escalier un peu raide Cet appartement est situé sur notre propriété mais indépendant de notre maison avec son entrée et espace jardin privé.

Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

You also have nearby Île d'Oléron, Ronce des Bains, Royan, Poitiers and Bordeaux. You'll love my place for its location in a quiet area with plenty of choices to occupy your days. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids)
