The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
