We loved our stay at Jean Luc’s place. The apartment was easy to find, close to everything, and the apartment and hosts were excellent. Jean Luc, his wife, and son were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our stay there very pleasant and we would highly recommend their apartment for a visit to the beautiful city of Reims. Everything was exceptional.

Daphnee’s apartment is absolutely lovely. It is beautiful decorated, well appointed, comfortable, has a lovely private garden, and is conveniently located. I would say that the photos don’t do it justice. As an airbnb owner myself, I am very particular, and I would say this is a great place to stay and is very reasonably priced too.

Very pleasant accommodation and very well furnished in a quiet environment conducive to resting and discovering the region.

Ideal base for discovering the champagne region. Super nice location with immediately convenient shops a minute walk away, downtown where we really ate deliciously. Apartment was well cared for, beds neatly made up and there was already water ready for us. Contact with the host is great, responds quickly and thinks along with you where necessary. An excellent Airbnb - an incredible find which ticked all the boxes! The location of L’Annex was perfect for us to enjoy visiting both Reims & Epernay. We also easily were able to use Uber to and from this location. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful local area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Anthony and their property highly enough. Communication with Anthony was so easy and he was so quick to respond plus he was so helpful when choosing a restaurant for one our evenings. The accommodation was newly refurbished to an extremely high standard, very comfortable and very stylish too. In addition we enjoyed the lovely and well kept garden to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and local champagne!

Great apartment in Reims it really feels like home. It’s big, with enough space for the family, a great kitchen and living room as well as a fantastic dining room and backyard where the kids can play football! It’s also very well located walking distance from city centre, groceries and some beautiful parks in the city. Communication was easy and swift. There is a parking garage that is very helpful if you come by cars all in all, great experience!

Exceptional place to stay!

Lovely house for a long or short stay . Garage parking is a big plus as is the amount of space available . Great big TV in both lounge and conservatory and large flat back garden. Recommended .

We arrived with two families, the check in was smooth. We felt very comfortable. All necessary things such as a side bed and a high chair were easy to find. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was fine and stocked with all necessary utensils. The only downside to this beautiful house was that the walls were very clairaudient both outside and inside the house. The sirens from the ambulance were very loud in the house, the hospital is diagonally opposite the house. Otherwise, everything was very nice clean, tidy and perfectly equipped. Thank you for the great hospitality 🫶🏼

Great stay with our friends and their children. The house is spacious, very cozy and very well-equipped, for both adults and children (games, children's chairs, high chairs, changing table). To top it all off, Emilie was very responsive and available to make this stay a real success. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Very nice stay and is really close to Reims. So that's really nice. It is just too far to walk to get to the city center, but you can easily get there by public transport. And a plus that public transport is also very affordable. It was a really top location with a nice house. Everything you needed was in the house. Even we got milk, orange juice and a bottle of water. There was also an Aldi nearby, a 3-minute drive away, which was also very top. So overall this was a really nice stay and also highly recommended.

We had a great time in the appartement. The city center is closeby (walk distance) and the flat is quiet. Bed is comfortable! Kenza and David recommended some places to visit. Overall great experience! :)

It's perfect, a few meters from several restaurants, right in the city center… Very nice architecture… I really liked it. Very comfortable bed.
