Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

The ground floor offers a softer atmosphere and a cozy space for quiet moments, such as Sunday mornings!

Embark on an urban yet peaceful adventure in our "Fée Clochette" accommodation. Just a stone's throw from the city centre and the famous Reims Cathedral. This flat is on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet building. Easy parking, capacity for 4 people, shops in the immediate vicinity. Entrance by key box. Professional cleaning on arrival, linen included. We also have accommodation with the same capacity on the 2nd floor.

Our boat is in Mareuil sur Ay, a paradise in Champagne. Close by, a typical bistro for eating, a bakery, cellars of large and small champagne houses, shops, bucolic walks and incredible views. Jérôme takes you to the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.

Our magnificent apartment, completely renovated in 2024, is located in the center of Reims. Nestled in a splendid mansion built in 1884 for Dr. Auguste Lüling fils, a Champagne wine merchant, and his wife Salomé Dollfus, granddaughter of Baron Haussmann, you'll be staying in an exceptional place, combining the charm of the past with modern comforts.

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards in a small village nestled in the greenery with its hiking trails, mountain bike trails, fishing ponds, 13th century castle, Abbey on the Champagne tourist route south of Épernay. We welcome you to our family home, which we have converted into a gîte.
