From this apartment you can reach Stephansplatz in 15 minutes and the Therme Wien (spa) in 10 minutes. 2 roof terraces overlooking the city center and the Viennese mountains. The U-Bahn is right in front of the house (U1). The apartment has everything, e.g. kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. The location is very quiet. Shopping, pharmacy, etc. are directly on site. Parking is available about 5 euros/day (5 min) - at the public parking lot "Verteilerkreis Favoriten". An elevator is available (attic).

Hello traveler, This is a flat, 15 -20 min to the city center. The subway U1 is max 3 minutes walking distance away. It has a kitchen and three sleeping rooms, a toilet and a bathroom and an entrance room. It is a quiet place, the windows are in the direction to the garden of the house. The Therme-Wien is 15 minutes away with the subway U1.There are three supermarkets, four restaurants in the area. It is only possible to access the apartment by walking stairs, it is on the first floor.
