The place was clean, quiet, cool, modern and well equipped, fully accommodating. We loved it🥰. Please observe quiet hours after twenty-two. You need to pay attention to the volume of the TV, and probably walking around the apartment, can be heard to the ground floor. A relaxed agreement with the owner, always responsive, helpful, and responsive.😊 The location is luxurious. A five-minute walk to the Upper Square, 15 minutes to the Exhibition Center... Everything you need within easy reach. Parking is free on the streets near the house, and despite the occupancy of the city, thanks to Flora Olomouc, we found a place close to the accommodation. Margaret is a nice and friendly host! The house is very cool, looks just like the pictures. The scenery and the surroundings are breathtaking! Everything was clean and tidy. There was also extra wood for the fireplace, which was nice. I also really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. Breathtaking scenery and surroundings, even friendly wildlife around the house. Roudno is very small and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a nice and cozy getaway from everyday's stress and clutter. Thank you for the stay!

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

A large house with a large garden on the edge of a quiet village - although by the road, there are not many cars or people walking. The house is beautifully tidy, clean, equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we especially appreciated the kitchen equipment and the washing machine, outdoor and indoor clothes dryer, nets in the windows). Inside, there are a few games, books, magazines, and toys for children. Outside, there is a small covered seating area, two sun loungers, a grill, a fire pit, the possibility of picking ripe fruits, herbs, sheep graze right behind the fence. Right in the village, a smaller playground for children and a pub open over the weekend. Close to interesting tourist destinations. The host was very kind, accommodating, wondering how we liked them and if everything was okay, they always responded quickly and there was no problem to agree on anything (and that we weren't exactly unpretentious guests this time;-)

The apparment impressed us by its modern design. Everything was clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy because of the smart lock system. Parking is available on the territory. Nice place for long-term living. We would definitely stay here next time.

During our bike ride we stayed overnight with our kids. We had enough space for sleeping, relaxing and eating together in the kitchen. It is practical, that you can bring your bikes into the courtyard.

A group of 7 friends had a great time here, hassle-free check-in, and the wellness zone is a plus. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. We had firewood, BBQ grill, fire sticks. The photos did not show a ladder to another "room" on the mezzanine. Minus the price of electricity for 2 days, but I think these amounts are in the Czech Republic.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this wonderful house and I can't but recommend! The place is spacious, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, modern and fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet location, which gave us the utmost privacy and relaxation. The host was very welcoming, accommodating, and willing to provide any information or help. The garden and surroundings of the house are really beautiful. Overall great experience, we'd love to come back!
