We are located in No Petersburgh, NY and are minutes from VT & MA. The cabin sits above the Hoosick River. We near 4 colleges & 2 museums. Several hiking destinations are near by, as well as, 2 State parks for swimming, kayaking, fishing. Mount Greylock is a beautiful scenic drive. Skiing in VT & MA are about 45 mins. Saratoga Racetrack & SPAC are a 45 min drive. Several popular restaurants nearby, Man of Kent, Gusieppe's, Falls Diner, Unihog & Iron Coffee. Lots to do in our Tri-State area!!

The Cabin at Whispering Pines - on 34 acres

Now with satellite WIFI, the Cabin at Whispering Pines is a 2 bed/1 bath private home set on 34 acres of mostly forest w/ trails outside that take you through our property, over a babbling brook & right into a 447 acre nature preserve. The cabin is perfect for nature lovers who also want proximity to local ski resorts like Jiminy Peak or Bosquet, the Lebanon Valley Speedway, Tanglewood, Albany, Chatham, Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Lenox or Pittsfield. Lake beach access in summer months.

River Camp 4 rustic simplicity & private shoreline

Rustic riverfront camp on the Mohawk. A camp like when you used to visit grandma at the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom, cute bedroom, relaxing porch with full window view of the river. Private backyard, fire pit and gas grill. Free kayaks/tubes on property. 24 minutes to Saratoga and 12 mins to any store or restaurant you could want. Chairs on the river overlook the Twin Bridges. This is a quirky camp - so best to book only if you know the different between a camp and a luxury property.

Our 1984 Airstream has been renovated with interior design and comfort in mind. This little oasis in the woods will give you peace and quiet, and a luxury salt water hot tub to help keep soak the stress away. Please check our availability for our other luxury cabins if The Airstream is booked! If the Airstream is booked during the week on dates that you would like, but The Lodge is available, let us know and we can give you The Lodge for the same rate!

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
