A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Spacious and quiet accommodation in a peaceful place by the sea with forest close by, 50 meters to the sea and 500 meters to child-friendly and 5 Star Byske havsbad with water slides and restaurant. Near the Byske River, a forest river with Sweden's best salmon fishing. There is an electric car charger on the property. Byskeälven is an unregulated northern forest river with wild salmon and wild trout. Also large harr and you have very varied fishing spots for you to try. Children under the age of 17 fish for free, with a fishing license.

Suitable for business people/families/groups of friends who appreciate nice accommodation in a calm and quiet environment. 10 minutes to the city. Good bus connections. Underfloor heating throughout the house and the kitchen has two of everything in terms of appliances. Fully equipped large kitchen and fully furnished. Hotel-standard bed linen & towels. Large stone-paved patio with gas barbecue & dining area/lounge, gazebo. We speak Swedish and English.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - A sauna and hot tub are available for hire in an adjacent house. There is also a small toilet with a shower in that house. There is also a sofa bed in the house that can accommodate two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome, but cats are not due to allergies. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Smart TV and good broadband. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

Loft with 4 beds, one floor up. For groups of 5 or more, you can access our other cottage, Älgen. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. Kitchenette, glazed terrace. Mysig stuga byggd 2017 med fantastisk sjöutsikt, egen liten gård och parkering, lantligt belägen i byn Norra Bergfors, endast 200 m från sjön Varuträsket, 1 km från badplats och ca 15 km från Skellefteå. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers
