Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Listen to the birdsong while enjoying your morning coffee, laze in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, follow the Mohás Spring along the Óház Lookout Point hiking trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or simply gaze at the starry sky from the garden. The main heating of the house is a tiled stove, we recommend it primarily to those who like to use wood.
