On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Forest-edge cottage – Gesztenyés Backpackers

If you want to get away from the city and relax in peace on the edge of the forest, this cottage is the perfect choice. Listen to the birdsong while enjoying your morning coffee, laze in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, follow the Mohás Spring along the Óház Lookout Point hiking trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or simply gaze at the starry sky from the garden. The main heating of the house is a tiled stove, we recommend it primarily to those who like to use wood.
