Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden jacuzzi! Try the barbecue! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. Welcome to the beautiful Seewinkel! I am BALU - a tiny house of about 30 m², built from natural materials and lovingly furnished. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.
