The apartment is located in a good area, just right in front of the ocean, has nice view over the ocean out of the window and nice zone with the sofa where you can observe the view. It was a very pleasant stay and the host was responsive all the time.

Amazing apartment in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Rio de Janeiro. The photos do not show the parking lot where one can leave the car quiet. Barrio Joatinga is VERY safe, and the apartment is in a condominium over Joatinga. The house is just as you can see in the photos, a BEAUTY. It has 3 floors, and each floor has ocean views. Thatiana was always attentive to our concerns. We highly recommend it and will be back in the near future.

Great apartment in a very quiet place, great for hiking, with nearby bakery and great restaurants! Tip: There is sambinha at the beach kiosk on weekends! Super well-equipped apartment with air-conditioning in ALL rooms! Kitchen with everything you need! Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

Débora was so kind and thoughtful. The apto is a delight and well located. Quarter is small but we already knew from the previous photos. Well-equipped kitchen for what we needed and the plus of the washing machine helped a lot! Great space for a couple, they were wonderful days.

Rodrigo is a very good host, always replying timely to your request. The apartment is in good condition and has a very nice terrace. Clean and bright. The numbers of sockets should be improved but this is the local standard unfortunately. Amazing beach downstairs.

Matt was an amazing host helped us out with everything we needed to know and was always there to help if needed beautiful villa with nice views would definitely recommend.

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

This is my second time staying in the house and the truth is that both the house, the location and the people who work in the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane who is the cook is extremely friendly and pleasant and all the food they make is very good. The house is enunq prime location and the private beach few houses have it. In general lines it is a beautiful house to always return.

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. I had the honor of arriving and André and Fabíola are waiting for me in the house! Both very friendly and made me super comfortable! The house is huge is just like the ad! I went to celebrate my 40th birthday and friends and family and everyone was delighted with the structure of the house. Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

I spent the last 5 days in this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and the Jailson all the time in contact with us to find out if we needed anything, always careful with us. About the accommodation, I can say that it was unforgettable days that we spent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures, all very clean, comfortable and an amazing view. We take advantage of all the amenities offered, the access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I did not have to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever spent. Congratulations Jailson, and we will definitely return!!!

I had a great stay. Shirlei was very attentive and helpful! The commute from the station to Uber's apartment takes less than 10 minutes, a very quiet and cozy neighborhood.
