Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Refurbished for summer 2024 Butterfields offers a beautiful space for families or groups of couples to relax and unwind in. The house is situated in a secluded spot on the edge our Estate village of Perlethorpe at the heart of Thoresby Estate, one of the four traditionally ducal estates that gave the area the nickname the Dukeries. The house was built in the 1980s for a member of the Pierrepont family, who have owned the Estate for over 400 years, and was designed with entertaining in mind.
